Welcome.
**CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS** My work is to support you on your path to well-being and growth. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I have worked as a therapist with young children, teens, families, couples, and adults in multiple settings since 2005.
I think we all truly want to make more sense of ourselves, our experiences, and our environment. We want to feel engaged and nurtured in our relationships. We may pursue therapy to find self-compassion and acceptance, notice and give voice to the different parts of ourselves, rediscover our whole being, and strengthen our relationships.
I acknowledge and affirm your strengths, while addressing with you those patterns that leave you feeling stuck.
I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, marital and family conflict, attachment disruptions, life transitions, grief, and many other human experiences.
I have a particular interest in the ordinary and extraordinary joys and challenges of parenting, and how that impacts our sense of self and our relationships.
I draw from a wide range of treatment theories and modalities including Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Psychodynamic Theory.
Through an open, curious, warm, relational style, I will listen to your story, and help you make the changes you’re interested in making.
